R58 is constructed with 2 independently boilers made out of copper, both insulated. Rocket inclined brewing boiler increased stability of temperature by positioned with certained angle. They both programmable by a removeable PID pad.
The functional PID pad will let you control the machine all about your brewing need, from water source to the temperature inside the boiler, and real group temperature,all able to catch the harsh demanding from barista, also it can turn on/off the boiler for saving energy or just brewing espresso.
